Some of our larger items — tanks, stands, ponds, and professional-grade equipment — are brought in on special order. That lets us offer gear we'd never have room to stock. Special-order items are clearly marked on their product pages with a 1–4 week lead time, and your card is charged at checkout — no surprises.
