Where do you ship?
We ship anywhere in Canada.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout using carrier-calculated rates for your location and order. Standard shipping is free on orders over $99.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–10 business days across Canada (faster locally), and you'll get a tracking email once your order ships.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at canadapetsolutions@gmail.com — we'll do our best to catch it before it ships.
Special orders
What does "special order" mean?
Larger items — like tanks, stands, and ponds — are brought in specifically for you rather than kept in stock. They're clearly marked on the product page, take 1–4 weeks to arrive, and your card is charged at checkout.
Can I return a special-order item?
Special-order items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective — in that case, contact us and we'll make it right.
Are you a dropshipper?
No — I have most items on hand, with the exception of special or custom orders. My goal is to beat the prices of the biggest competitors out there, and I can't do that with dropshipping.
Custom orders
Can I order something that's not listed on the website?
Yes — if you're looking for a specific item we don't list yet, email us through our contact page with the item name, brand if you know it, and quantity. We'll let you know if we can bring it in, along with the price and timing, before you commit to anything.
Seeds
Will the seeds germinate?
Every packet is a genuine, sealed McKenzie packet with growing instructions printed on the back. Germination depends on conditions (soil, light, temperature, watering), so we can't guarantee results — but stored cool and dry, the seeds stay viable well beyond the season on the packet.
Can I grow your seeds in a hydroponic or aquaponic setup?
Yes — they're regular garden seeds, and many of our customers grow them in soil, hydroponic, and aquaponic systems alike. Our seed kits were put together with exactly that in mind.
Do you sell live fish or corals?
Not at this time. We specialize in dry goods — equipment, water care, and supplies — so everything we sell ships safely by regular mail.

How do I use the LAUNCH10 code?

Returns
What if I need to return something?
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and you have your order confirmation. Email us first for return instructions — please don't ship anything back before hearing from us. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of inspection. Opened food or treats and used hygiene products can't be returned unless defective.
My order arrived damaged or wrong — what now?
Email canadapetsolutions@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund — whichever makes it right.
