• Preparation Ideas: To make herbal tea, first, harvest the flower heads and let them dry in a cool and dry place for a few days. Once they are properly dried, store them in an airtight container. To prepare the tea, take 4-8 gr (1-2 tsp.)of the dried flowers and steep them for about 5 minutes in hot water. This will give you a soothing cup of chamomile tea.
